After a 7 year slumber in ex Kentucky bourbon barrels this lowland Non-chill filtered and naturally coloured single malt has embodied everything you would hope to find in a ex bourbon cask matured single malt -
On the nose - notes of vanilla that twist and swirl with hints of dried fruit, nuts and a fleeting sensation of spice.
Palate - A velvety and oily mouth feel that quickly introduces strong notes of pepper and spice that mellow into a warm honey and fresh fruit.
Finish - Long and slow with rich notes of warm toffee and spice.
